Since 2015, David has worked in health and social care services, supporting governance and service improvement through his consulting team, focusing on leadership in human rights-based settings and assisting some of society's most vulnerable individuals.

Jen is an experienced leader with demonstrated expertise in IT and technical management, particularly in the context of healthcare services and social care governance. Jen's background includes managing infrastructure projects focused on technical support, hardware, software, and cybersecurity, which are essential for effective consulting team operations. 

Jen employs project management methodologies to lead projects, ensuring seamless transitions within business operations.
